Eyesight Sharpeners

Several studies show that munching more lutein rich vegetables including spinach, red peppers, peas, sweet corn and celery can increase the density of the pigment and presrve your sight.

The pigments, lutein and zeaxanthine, which are found in the part of the eye which enable us to do close work. These pigments filter out blue light, which is known to cause eye damage, but in older people, levels are often low , causing their sight to deteriorate
