Vitamin B1 can be included in the diet with the help of food products like brewers yeast, sunflower seeds, oat, barley and soy flour. Whole grain cereals like wheat and rice, fruits like apricots and pineapples, nuts and legumes are other recommended sources of this vitamin.

You can consider vitamin B1 supplements, only after getting prescribed by a medical expert. Also, these supplements must be strictly prohibited with consumption of orange juice or any other drink containing acids.
